How to request account deletion

1. Email privacy@centrorbit.com with the subject CentrOrbit account deletion request.
2. Include the email address associated with your CentrOrbit account so we can locate your request. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or provider credentials.
3. We may ask you to verify account ownership through a secure method before processing the request. We will explain any additional steps or applicable retention requirements.

What deletion covers

A verified account-deletion request covers your CentrOrbit sign-in account, personal profile and associated personal records, subject to the distinctions and retention obligations below. Depending on the features you used, this may include your bills, private home records, documents, tasks, reminders, Pantry information, Guardian context, and supported connection data.

Shared households and data that may remain

Information shared with other household members may require a different treatment from your private information. Records belonging to, or needed by, remaining authorized household members may be retained with appropriate access controls. For a household you own, we may need to resolve ownership or shared records before completing account deletion. Your private information must not become accessible to another household member merely because your account is deleted.

Retention and timing

Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. The exact categories and periods depend on the data and applicable requirements; we will communicate any retention that applies to your request. We do not promise immediate deletion of all data or a fixed completion time before verification and any shared-household steps are resolved.
