CentrOrbit is being built so household information is used for clear product purposes and within the permissions you choose.
Information CentrOrbit may handle
Depending on the features you choose, CentrOrbit may handle account/profile information, bills and due dates, household and home records, documents and reviewed extracted fields, Kitchen and Pantry information, reminders and tasks, supported connected-service data, subscription access information, support communications, diagnostics, and requests sent to Guardian or other AI-assisted features.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide requested features, authenticate and protect accounts, organize customer information, provide AI-assisted explanations and suggestions, prepare customer-reviewed actions, synchronize authorized provider information, maintain subscription access, troubleshoot reliability and security, and provide support.
Guardian and AI-assisted features
Guardian may process information you submit and, where you authorize it, relevant CentrOrbit context. Important product behavior is designed to distinguish customer-provided or reviewed information from AI inference, external research and provider-confirmed outcomes.
Connected services
Supported third-party services require customer authorization and are limited by the permissions and capabilities made available by those providers. CentrOrbit does not treat a prepared or requested external action as successfully completed without appropriate confirmation.
Documents and household Records
Information extracted from an image or document can be incomplete or incorrect. CentrOrbit's design preserves review before saving sensitive or consequential extracted information and keeps provenance where it matters.
Retention, deletion and security
Production retention and deletion behavior is still being finalized against the actual system and applicable obligations. CentrOrbit uses safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Production controls are intended to cover supported connected services, household sharing, account data and other permissions appropriate to the features you use. Final rights and request procedures will be published for the jurisdictions in which CentrOrbit launches.
